Login in your adsense account > Click on adsense set up > Adsense for content
Select Ad unit = Text and Images ads
Format= Select Rectangle 300*250

- Background = FFFFFF
- Text = 000000
- URL = 828282
Only Change above changes rest of the field remain same as default.
Click on Submit and get Code.
We need two things from your adsense code (x= numbers)
